Multiplayer LERX vape synchronisation

Hi, currently the LERX vapes are only visible on the Players aircraft. Please sync it to all clients.

Its probably a low priority thingy to fix. But its a big thing for content creators to have all visual effects work on every aircraft when taking screenshots or recording in game/track footage.
I mainly fly the F-16 but i noticed its not synched on any other module.
I believe this has been an issue from the very beginning, but i cant find a topic about it and i thought i'd make one to address it.

Before reporting, i did a slow cleanup of DCS so i was sure no mods were present.
