BaronVonVaderham Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Hey guys , I was given a MISC panel by a friend, made by tekcreations. I tried setting it up in DCS, but I can’t seem to get it to work. DCS sees it as a HID device and so does windows, but neither seems to read any inputs from it. I used Arduino IDE to identify the COM port, and then added that COM port to the multiple-com-ports file from DCS BIOS.( I’m assuming it needs DCS BIOS for the LED outputs). I also tried it without DCS BIOS, and although again DCS sees the HID device, it doesn’t register the switches. Can someone please tell me how to fix this please? I’ve included some photos (maybe it’s the input cable that’s not correctly connected between the brain and the panel?)

No1sonuk Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Tek Creations has a sub-channel on the Skunkworks DCS-BIOS Discord: https://discord.com/channels/533342958712258572/1226210379894624357 okopanja's link indicates the panel might be totally DCS-BIOS connected. That could explain why Windows sees it as a HID (because it's an S2 board), but doesn't respond to the switches. Another thing to check is if there's a way to find out if it's old enough to be set up for Hub.
