zippydoda Posted March 17 Posted March 17 (edited) I'm in the process of setting up DCS with the Tobii Eye Tracker which works fine in MSFS20nn. Yesterday I got it working, but today it is not. Several times it has said "TrackIR unplugged", and so I've removed it from the USB (powered) and replaced it. It recognizes it after I do that - it's in the list of controllers. However it's not working. I have the Tobii Game Hub and Experience running prior to starting DCS. I have turned off the launcher so it goes directly into DCS. I've powered my system down and back up again and relaunched DCS. No love. I've turned it off and on in the Experience app, I've disabled and enabled it in the DCS Controls mapping function. It does show up as a TrackIR device, I'm assuming that's OK as that worked yesterday. But maybe it's showing up as the wrong device? Anyway appreciate any help you can provide. Edit: On a whim I fired up Opentrack which you have to have in MSFS in order to get the Tobii to work, and the Tobii started working, although with a horrible flickering phenomenon. I then stopped Opentrack and the Tobii started working normally. What?? I will continue to 'track' this issue and see what gives. Edit 2: This continues to be the only way I can activate Tobii in DCS. I have so many issues with Tobii, and have spent days trying to get this work correctly. Considering going back to TrackIR which is sooooo easy to set up and use in comparison. Limitations in HMD symbology movement, mouse freeview mode etc make this pretty much unusable.
