Umm, maybe a stupid question but this definitely wasn't the case earlier (at least few releases back). Leading edge flaps on F-16 seem to be misaligned, in a slightly elevated position. Is this just a visual glitch or has impact on the FM too?

Same misaligned position in-flight around zero AoA

They ‘can’ have a negative value - I think at or above M1 they schedule up 2* (degrees) from normal, and can deflect from the zero to 30* (down).

Leading Edge Flaps should be elevated 2 degrees when weight is on both main landing gear, among a few other circumstances.
Leading Edge Flap position is automated in flight dependent on mach, altitude and AOA. So under certain positions, the LEF can be elevated in an upwards position.
