Having issues after the March 19 update (2.9.14.8222)? try this!

Check your DCS shortcut, go to properties and make sure it is NOT set to run as administrator. Make 100% sure this option is not checked (remember, there are TWO options, system wide and local) ensure NONE is selected. Now try running DCS.

If you run Helios AND you have automated DCS launching using Process Control then you will experience this issue EVEN if you did the step above as Helios Control Center runs as administrator and all child processes launched will inherit the parent app privileges (Administrator) so do not auto launch DCS for within Helios, do so manually as non admin
