Invincible players, desync issues, ghosts???

I encountered this F-16 yesterday, which could not only survive two Sidewinders and my gun, but also keep flying without wings. The F-16 did not crash after this scene and I did not score a kill.

It's multiplayer, so I don't have a trackfile, just this video:

 

Here's the TACVIEW:

I left the part before the scene in so you can see what's going on. But as you can see, there is literally no aircraft there. It really was a ghost.

And then there are those two scenes from the same flight:

In the first case, the missile tracks the target very briefly, but then abandons its plans for no reason. 

In the second video, the missile tracks perfectly, but goes right through the target without exploding. 

There seems to be massive issues with synchronisation between clients as I'm seeing stuff that isn't there and stuff that should happen, doesn't happen.
