brettt777 Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I have a complete Winwing MFD setup with three MFD's, a UFC and an ICP. About a dozen of the modules that I own are able to be displayed on one of more of those MFD's. Unfortunately, three are not... kind of. Of the modules I have, the AJS-37 Viggen, the F-1 Mirage, and the F-4E Phantom are not listed as Winwing compatable aircraft, even though there are a few other modules that have a single radar display that are Winwing MFD compatable. Well, I was playing around with different planes the other night and I had the AV-8B Harrier selected in SimAppPro. In DCS, I had been flying the Harrier, but then switched to the F-1 Mirage. Lo and behold, the radar display of the Mirage showed up on one of the Mfd's. I am not sure how this happens, but there are several aircraft I can select in SimAppPro that will allow the Mirage radar to be displayed on an MFD. There is a selection in SimAppPro for the M2000C Mirage III, but not the F-1 Mirage. But it works none the less. I would love to figure out why this plane works when it is not listed, and see if there is some way to apply this "glitch" to the Phantom and even to the Viggen radar. Anyone have a guess as to why this happens? Ryzen 9 99503DX @ 4.5ghz, 128gb DDR5 @ 5600, Gigabyte RTX5070ti with 16gb DDR7, Creative AE-5 surround audio, 2tb M.2 SSD for OS, 2 each 4tb M.2 SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Winwing Orion 2 HOTAS F-15EX throttle and F-16EX stick and Skywalker rudder pedals, Winwing 3 MFD MIP with FA-18 UFC and F-16 ICP, Moza R3 direct drive wheel and pedals, TrackIR 5, Surround Speakers & Subwoofer, Oculus Quest 2 VR. :joystick::pilotfly:

Anyone have a guess as to why this happens? It's no scorcery! Most DCS aircraft have the option to export various displays, like radar, RWR etc. And they are exported more or less in the same way, left, right, centre MFD. So, if an export matched one of the three, and Simapppro has written the file with the coordinates of the displays, it will just work. If a module doesn't have these, or other names. It will not work. Like the Phantom does not support exports yet. Your WW panels are ordinary displays, and you can learn more in the MultiDisplay and Helios threads to learn how to export MFDs "manually" in "every" module! Cheers!
