Jel Posted April 18 Posted April 18 For the past time, we were able to disble the automatic saving of tracks from multiplayer sessions by simply adding the autoexec.cfg line disable_write_track = true I noticed since some weeks, this no longer works. Every MP session again saves a track. Have there been any changes and if so, how to disable it again ? When in doubt - climb. Nobody ever collided with air. Scotch75 Posted April 18 Posted April 18 I believe MP tracks always save no matter what the setting. That setting only affects SP missions.Cheers!Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk 1 W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, GALAX GTX GeForce 1070 EXOC Sniper White 8GB VRAM

Hence this thread, i wonder if there have been any changes made and how to set it right again, Edited April 18 by Jel When in doubt - climb. Nobody ever collided with air. It may be a "recording" setting possibly. Ie to reduce processing overheads during SP missions.Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 32GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, GALAX GTX GeForce 1070 EXOC Sniper White 8GB VRAM
Jel Posted April 18 Author Posted April 18 (edited) I don´t fly SP at all so i don´t know about recordings there. I just say i had the initial issue with tracks being saved in every MP session. Then i stumbled upon the autoexec command and tried it years ago - no more MP tracks saved since then. Success. That´s how i tell there´s some connection between the command line and the track saving Edited April 18 by Jel When in doubt - climb. Nobody ever collided with air.
