1) Do you get a 'chocks in place' confirmation message from the crew chief? You got to ask in the intercom radio. The chocks should appear after receiving confirmation.

 2) Sorry, cannot help with this one. Never seen it.

3) Never had seen this before. Does the helo lifts off or only appears to lift off? I would check my commands to see if they are not doubled. Maybe you are pressing some command that is connected to the collective somehow.

It has done this for me since day one.  You request repair and you get the 170 second countdown.  At the end of the countdown when the actual repair starts, the helo levitates 3 feet off the ground and the access panels open up.  When the repair is complete, the helo drops (literally) to the ground looking brand new.

I assume it does this so that in the event you got repairs with any of the gear missing or damaged, the wheels are properly setting on the ground surface when the repair is complete.

Also recognised that headless, angled co-pilot already a while ago. Tried to live with it. But as you mention it - it's slightly annoying, indeed. Obviously most simmers stay on board after landing...

Thanks for the comments, yes I do get conformation from the Crew Chief stating the chocks are in place however still no chocks visible.

At least I'm not the only one suffering from the countdown followed by the 3 foot levitation before repair 😂

As for the headless co-pilot climbing out on an angle. I will live with it.

Thanks for your comments as I'm just new to the game and appreciate it.
