Ins Alignment bug?

When in cold start or at mission start, when the ins align is complete to switch to IFA seems to not work and the ok on the center MFD at the HSI does not go away. Any suggestions?

Check the date of the mission. GPS may not exist, so IFA will not work, and it is back to the old way of doing a navigational fix every now and then. At least the Hornet can use TACAN for fixes.

The shelter is blocking the GPS signal. Once you start moving, everything should return to normal.

That was it, after I moved outside the bunker to the taxiway it retuned to normal.
