Start from any RWY, with your wingman following you. How?

Hi,
The ATC in DCS tells you which runway you should take off from. For example, Tonapah Test Range, it is allways RWY 32. 1st question: How do I stop ATC from telling me the runway? I think I would have to deactivate the standard DCS ATC using a trigger and then create my own ATC using the F10 key. 2nd question: As soon as I have added a wingman to my group and I start taxiing towards RWY 14, using the Tonapah Test Range as an example, the wingman stays in his position. But as soon as I taxi towards RWY 32, the wingman follows me. How do I get the wingman to follow me in RWY 14? Could it possibly have something to do with how I add the wingman in ME? The most common method is to add one or more wingmen under Airplane Group - Unit. If I do it this way, it doesn't work, as described above.
