QAG - No Ground start with CAP or missions?

Hi Eagle Team, 

as a custumer from the beginning of your flight sim  journey it is hard to understand for me that there is no scramble or intercept with a ground start.

Who the hell made this decision ? For me it is very exiting to get the airplane in the air when the enemy is around or near me. 

PLEASE BRING BACK THAT OPTION (e.g. SCRAMBLE) or tell me why I am wrong
