AI helicopters vertical takeoff instead of taxi to runway

Hi,

I attached a miz to let you see the "issue".

I want my AI helos to wait until I want them to taxi. So, as I do for AI airplanes, I put a "block" (infantry or vehicle) in front of them.

But, why it works very well for most of them, I always get one that takes off from parking ? 

Have a look in the attached mission. The "rebel" is at Kaboul, apron North.
