Tiny Tim rockets do not free-fall before activating rocket motor

Tiny Tim rockets should fall freely upon release for a moment in order to clear the propeller. However in-game the rocket fires immediately and they go through said propeller. image.png

After leaving the rails, the behavior of the weapon is a matter for ED, afaik.
