KevinAu Posted June 20 Posted June 20 The axis assign button in the control options axis commands does not work with the F4U corsair. How do I add my rudder pedals to this thing?
JupiterJoe Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Do your pedals show up in the controls menu? You may have to hit the 'Rescan Devices' button. Intel Core i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz - 64GB RAM - Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 - Microsoft Sidewinder Force-feedback 2 - Virpil Mongoose CM-3 Throttle
KevinAu Posted June 20 Author Posted June 20 They show up in the axis page for other aircraft. The assign axis button doesn’t work for the joystick either for the f4u. But the axis is already assigned there.

Assuming you've probably already solved this one way or other, but if you RIGHT CLICK in the appropriate cell you can manually assign buttons/axis (rather than having to get it to recognize input from the button/axis).
KevinAu Posted June 26 Author Posted June 26 Thanks rob10. Had not solved it until your suggestion. Rescan did not work. The default had my ch propedals joy_z keep getting assigned to the throttle lever. Axis assign, rescan buttons did absolutely nothing. Only right clicking the cell and then ‘add combo’ worked. Thank you.
