Essex Class - no draft?

Hi gents,

I aint sure if it is a bug:

In the mission editor I can place the Essex wherever I want as long as it is indicated as "wet" or "blue" on the map which i cannot do with any other ships because those ships have draft restrictions. 

The Essex Class hat a draft around 34 ft.
