Qcumber Posted June 23 Posted June 23 Have you checked that your oculus developer account is still active? This sometimes needs reactivating. You can activate it through your phone app. PC specs: 9800x3d - rtx5080 FE - 64GB RAM 6000MHz - 2Tb NVME - (for posts before March 2025: 5800x3d - rtx 4070) - VR headsets Quest Pro (Jan 2024-present; Pico 4 March 2023 - March 2024; Rift s June 2020- present). markturner1960 Posted Tuesday at 01:44 PM Author Posted Tuesday at 01:44 PM (edited) Thanks Qcumber, OK, I have opened the app on my phone.....( Literally never used it since I got the headset!!) I turned it on ( it was off....) Should I re install quad views? anything else I need to do? Cheers, Mark Edited Tuesday at 01:52 PM by markturner1960 System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.
sleighzy Posted Tuesday at 01:51 PM Posted Tuesday at 01:51 PM It shouldn’t need a developer account. Drop a DCS log file here. Also install this tool and verify that the Quad Views OpenXR API layer is enabled https://github.com/fredemmott/OpenXR-API-Layers-GUI Confirm also that the Quad Views toggle is turned on under the VR tab in DCS. Check the Quad Views docs for the log file location and make sure it’s displaying what you expect, eg the settings and pixel savings. Sorry, my comments above were based on Quad Views in general. I see you are using a Quest Pro so are you referring to the eye tracking portion of it? Regardless, the other items I mentioned may help with troubleshooting. I’m assuming if you don’t know what the developer account is then this has worked for you in the past with not needing one. AMD 7800x3D, 4080Super, 64Gb DDR5 RAM, 4Tb NVMe M.2, Quest 2

Phantom711 Posted Tuesday at 10:46 PM Posted Tuesday at 10:46 PM (edited) Hey @markturner1960 Can you describe what is working or what isn‘t? Is the QuadViews boxed not there at all or is it just not moving with your eye-tracking in game? Edited Tuesday at 10:48 PM by Phantom711 vCVW-17 is looking for Hornet and Tomcat pilots and RIOs. markturner1960 Posted Thursday at 08:47 AM Author Posted Thursday at 08:47 AM sorry guys....been away from the PC.....will report shortly System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.
markturner1960 Posted Thursday at 11:29 AM Author Posted Thursday at 11:29 AM (edited) OK, I turned on quad views companion and activated the 2 purple dots....these show in game, does this mean it is working ? Or can they show independently of the app working? I ask, as I dont really notice much of a discernible area of lower resolution at the periphery of the view......but the centre is lovely and clear... Before, the low res area was pretty noticeable . Thanks Edited Thursday at 11:30 AM by markturner1960 System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.
