Updated shipping and a look at the factory The start of the production for Crystal Super has been slower than we originally planned, and we totally understand user frustration about this. Not only do we have a huge amount of pre-orders, also in May, we ran into a severe QLED panel shortage that slowed down the entire production. All the shortages have been resolved, and we've also relocated the production of the Crystal Light factory to help with the production of the Crystal Super — to get your orders out as quickly as possible. For delayed shipments we offer some compensation, on top of the existing pre-order rewards. More info here in the blog, or video. Flight Sim Expo 2025 recap At FSE 2025, Pimax received a great deal of interest and positive feedback from attendees. We truly value all the honest impressions we collected during the event. Many visitors who had never used a Pimax device before also had the chance to try our products for the first time. We appreciate everyone’s support and insights, and will continue working to deliver an even better experience. Multilanguage video channels We know that not everyone speaks or prefers English, and so to make our content more accessible, we'll provide some video content in several languages. These videos are translated using AI. We hope this will help more people enjoy and understand our content. Note: While we strive for accuracy, these translations may contain errors.
