Interface UI adjustments

Please I am begging you as a triple screen monitor user, please allow the interface UI to get moved to the middle monitor or anywhere for that matter without having to mess with Lua files.  It is frustrating have to constantly look over to the far right of my monitor to check the Comm menu or the very top left to reach what the mission or carrier read outs are.
