Whish list: Ignore threads and ignored user behavior

(apologies, did not see a forum wish list)

1) I would like a way to ignore complete threads. There are some currently in the forum that have a lot of activity and the take a lot of the real state when using the "all activity" tab.
2) Currently, when we ignore an user, we still see that they posted something. Ideally, I will like to not see that, they are ignored for a reason.

And, of course, if there is a current way of doing this, please, let me know!
