WinWing UFC Screens in No Cockpit Mode

I have recently finished enough of my F18 cockpit (OpenHornet inspired) and I'm at the point where I don't need the cockpit in the sim to be visible. My only issue is that when I turn on no-cockpit mode the WinWing UFC screens stop updating and stay on whatever text was there. Everything is still working (e.g. I can hit A/P and choose an autopilot mode) but the text on the screens doesn't update to show selection options. Going back to normal cockpit view and the screens update again and work like normal. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks.

Do some searching, especially in the PC hardware and software/Input devices subforum.  Pretty sure this has been asked before and IIRC there is no obvious workaround, but I didn't pay that much attention.

You must perform some hacks/Lua editing to export MFDs when in LAlt+F1 full screen. That's DCS multiscreen support for you.
