Helicopter floating above hospital roof top helipad

Just tried one of the generic hospital landing pads on the roof in the Huey.

N 52°24'38.61" E  9°45'39.26"
Some things I need to mention:

1. There is a fence around the roof that's quite high

2. After touchdown the helicopter seems to float above the roof top level. Seems the level where the helicopter comes to rest is the same height like the surrounding small wall, where the fence is mounted to.
