mouse pointer at VR finger tip?

Does anyone how to get the mouse pointer to be at the fingertip of the  the VR hands.  or at least in alignment with the finger.

i have tried setting the position sliders but nothing works.  I am using the Quest 3 and no mater what the pointer is off to the left a bit.

if i can get the alignment right then i can just point at things and then click my mouse or a key binding.  right now its pointing to the wrong contorls

will Htcc help? is there some type of calibration?
