I did a complete reinstall of bs along with patch 1.01 so it would be a clean process patching. Noticed now there is a 1.01a out, should I install it or just leave it like it is? Thanks

No, friend, you don't need install version 'a'. You can, but it is actual only for peoples, who speak russian, but live out of Russia.
