Mission 6 Plug with Texaco not possible

I am unable to establish Contact with Texaco. The correct frequency on Aux 3 is set, but I am not receiving a response. This has always worked perfectly in previous missions. 

Are there currently any problems herein?

Firstly are you using the correct key/binding for Comm 2 which you should be for Comm 2.

Until now, I had only assigned COM1 to a key.
