This concerns the SU-25 Instant Action at the Persian Gulf map, the Ground Attack on a convoy near Al Minhab AB (here a playthrough for that mission: 

The player starts hot at the runway, the other Su-25 spawns on final close to the runway head... in that playthrough video, it overflies the player, using DCS 2.9.19.13478 it crashes on the player around 3s after the mission starts
