Xtorris Posted Saturday at 09:20 PM Posted Saturday at 09:20 PM Installing a customized cockpit folder, to %USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Cockpit_AH-64D only works, if the folder is named 'Default' i.e. \Cockpit_AH-64D\Default. If any other name is used, it always results in the original cockpit textures being applied. 1
flanker0ne Posted yesterday at 05:27 AM Posted yesterday at 05:27 AM Did you tried to use this path instead? \DCS World\Mods\aircraft\AH-64D\Liveries\Cockpit_AH-64D SCOPRI DI PIU': https://www.amvi.it/joinus.php DISCORD COMBINEDOPS The Battle Planning Tool
Xtorris Posted yesterday at 11:58 AM Author Posted yesterday at 11:58 AM That would work since it goes to the Install directory, but it would also cause Integrity Check issues. Which is the exact reason, I have my mods use the Saved Games directory, for installation. This isn't a saved games vs install directory issue though. The problem here is, the Customized Cockpit option is not functioning properly, for the AH-64D module. This exact same option works for my A-10C, A-10CII, Chinook, and KA-50-3 modules just fine. Shown here, the mod named 'CleanMFDs' has been selected. However, once I load into the AH-64D, the modified textures are not loaded. i If I take that exact same mod, and rename it to 'Default' it works just fine. As seen below.
Mapi Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago it is an older "prob" ... look hier https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3321192/ "!! IMPORTANT NOTE !! Custom cockpits are currently broken. Only "default" will be loaded by AH-64D so if you are using another cockpit livery, you will have to either move it's "default" folder somewhere else or rename."
