Yes buddy the Quest 3S is equipped with sound, and I must say it is sounds good. You should absolutely give it a try! We only live once, what do we have to loose? 

But please do buy Virtual Desktop Streamer aswell (25 dollars) it is a huge performence boost and make multiplayer run as good as in singleplayer,
