M07: Something wrong?

Hi Badger 

great Compaign so far.

However, I am unable to proceed at M07. After taxi clearance, I receice the message from Tower "Good Morning You'll be following Pala, Hold Position."

But Pala does not appear. He is waiting behind a vehicle and is not moving. 

What can I doch?

Sorry about that, it appears to be a new vehicle routing bug. Have resolved see response below.
