thermalguy640 Posted Tuesday at 04:00 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:00 AM (edited) To put it in basic terms every time I try and update the down load size it too big (says not enough disk space). So I erase terrains (maps) to make space as they are big files and it just increases the download size by the map size I erased. So it wants to redownload the map. I opened a support ticket and had them delicense 3 maps I never use and it still is having issues and trying to do a massive download for an update. I also did the repair thing with support and that did not help. How do I update? Edited Tuesday at 04:01 AM by thermalguy640

Just deleting them in Windows File Explorer will of course just download them again, because that's how the system is designed, and the system thinks you still want them to be installed.Cheers! Sent from my SM-A536B using Tapatalk This does not work, just tried it again and definitely not working. Did the restart as it asks after removing module and it just went from a 240gb update to over 340gb because I removed the module. The support team was also no help and they permanently de-licensed a few maps I never use anymore - it still wants to reload them. So I threw in the towel and I just removed DCS and now doing a fresh install to see if this will work. So this is interesting, I have not been counting but been using DCS for way over 10 years, probably closer to 15 and as long as I can remember my login to the forums was a username and now it does not work and will only take an email, and it does not recognize any of my emails probably because it was from a long time ago and I don't remember what email I used that long ago. So I had to make a fresh account to post this question. They say bad things happen in threes so now I'm waiting for my graphics card to take a dump.
