need track replay Altitude issue

I originally saw this in the Germany map and now I am seeing it in the Kola map as well.     

 

I can pilot the bird to a sneaky 20 feet and then switch to the cpg to start throwing missiles.    As soon as I enter the front seat we bob up to 110 feet.   I check the Hover menu to George the pilot in the back seat and can set altitude to 0 but he still stays at 110 feet.     This gets you spotted and killed fast.  

 

Anyone else seeing this?
