DCS Server Dashboard

ED, please improve the Server Dashboard UI by adding more options for server owners.

I'd like to have options in the UI to
- change the weather and time/date on the fly without having to edit a .miz, upload the file to the server, stop the old mission and start the new mission
- automatically cycle missions in a predefined time without having to add mods to servers
