Mission repeatedly crashes directly on start

[Buzzer1977]

This mission repeatedly crashes directly on start. Already did a cleanup after the first start, but it still crashes.
To reproduce: 

1.) Load the mission
2.) Select Blue
3.) Chose slot F-4E-45MC 

It' won't crash if you chose the red MiG-29
