Upgrade advice

Hi, 

I would like to upgrade some of my system but I cannot afford a 4090/5090.

Current System

CPU: 7800X3D

Mb: B650 X AX2

Mem: 64gb 6000 Cl30

GPU: 4080

Storage: Samsung 990 Pro NVMe

VR: Pimax Crystal Light

It is great for everything apart from DCS where it still struggles to maintain 60fps.

As mentioned i cannot afford a 4090/5090 so is there any worthwhile upgrades i could make?

Can you run any type of fixed foveated rendering with the crystal light? 

there isnt a lot of room for improvement i see in your specs without going to a 5090

No. Save up and wait for the release of future hardware.

OK thanks for the advice. I was considering a 9800x3d but the performance increase didnt seem that significant from my existing 7800x3d
