Navigation lights?

Navigation lights control switch is not clickable. Are navigation lights missing ?

The click zones are located slightly next to the switch, more on the labels.

Btw, it works the same as in other RU modules such as Mi-24

Only other RU module (full fidelity) I own is MiG-21Bis. Same 3 position switch, but you actually click on the switch instead of labels. That's where my confusion happened.
