INU Initialize procedure on sea based vessel?

I didn't find any guides on the INU alignment on when starting up on sea based vessels. I tried the quick aligned procedure that were used on the ground disregarding the fact that the helo can't remain stationary on the sea in mission2 and I've ended up in state that that hover mode doesn't work as all three AP mode were flashing. However this issue wears of as the mission progress. Didn't know what's the correct operation for such scenarios.

The Ka-50's MAD missions feature a simplified INU alignment preset.
This is designed for new players and to save time.
INU alignment during ship movement is not implemented in the Ka-50, as far as I remember.
