when i fly a mission, follow way points, and kill all the enemy, i still dont get a "mission sucess or mission completed. i even go back and land at the airbase and shut down. what am i doing wrong? after all the enemy is defeated, if i exit the mission, it says i fraticize and dont get combat points. Any help?

Try shooting the blues..?

(Put labels on until you get used to the game - then turn them off).

It's mostly about identifying your targets. After killing dozens and dozens of friendlies, you'll start to notice the difference :)

- You'll start to see the difference between units and eastern vs western block on the skhval.

- When enemies use the same equipment as the friendlies, you'll start to understand how that the enemy fires upon you when they detects you, friends dont.

- You'll also notice that you can detect the enemy before they detect you and use that against them - showing your self on will, to check if there are hostile intent, to check if they are within the expected zone of engament.

 

This is part of the long and great journey to learn DCS and being a virtual pilot. And you'll never stop learning :)

 

And doing it without labels may be the steepest - but best way to learn.

I've died thousands of times while learning ;)
