Missing Drop Tank

I hope I don't feel dumb when I hear the solution to this,   But I am not able to add a drop tank to the 109.  I can add tanks to the FW.   When I do an arm and refuel sitting on the runway I only get a choice to add an SC250 or SC500 bomb.   I tried offline writing a mission with an airstart that included the drop tank.   When I launch the mission my plane doesn't have a drop tank.

What am I missing?  I've searched forum and internet and manual.  I dont' have a clue here....

Maybe mod conflict or corrupted files.

Delete all mods (if you have any) and run a repair/file verification.
