DCS Black Shark problem with the patch 1.0.1a

Hello, since I installed the patch 1.0.1a'm having many problems, it takes much longer to start and often that is blocked.

After some time the game starts, but graphically it is very slow also the game crashes.

I disabled Catalyst AI, but the problem still occurs, we hope that the technical support to intervene as soon as possible to solve the problem for everyone.

If you installed only the basic version 1.0 are not identified. :mad:

Ciao,da quando ho installato la patch 1.0.1a sto avendo molti problemi, infatti impiega molto più tempo per avviarsi e spesso capita che si blocca.

Dopo molto tempo il gioco si avvia, ma graficamente risulta essere molto lento inoltre il gioco si blocca.

Ho disattivato i Catalyst AI,ma il problema si verifica sempre, speriamo che il supporto tecnico intervenga il prima possibile per risolvere il problema comune a tutti.

Se viene installata solo la versione base la 1.0 non vengono riscontrati problemi. :mad:

Unfortunately, from what I read on the Web is a problem common to all owners of Black Shark who have installed the patch 1.0.1a

The problem I found is that the game becomes slow and when you start the simulator and the graphics become too slow.

I think it is more a problem of the Patch.

If you return to the basic version 1.0 the problem does not occur.

Googled "ati 8.14. Driver Date/Size: 7/15/2009" - found a few complaints about low FPS in other games in certain situations.

Is that the latest driver btw? 9.8? or 9.7?

 

One of the solutions was to "turn off Glow" - not sure what "Glow" is on a ATI system. Maybe it's a "HDR/Bloom" thing for that game. No suchg thing here in DCS yet.

Well - unless you have installed those mods to get more eye-candy?

All mods - DISABLE.

 

The rest of the system looks good - altough I noticed a webcam:Video

Again - if those "mini tips" doesn't help - you may need to reinstall DCS, 1.0 - *no mods* - then update.

Ati 9.8 should be okai. You can try 9.7 just in case that might solve it.

Also:

- Have you tried removing all mods?

- Have you tried with a *clean* 1.0 reinstallation - and then patched up to 1.0.1a?

- Are you using an English DCS:BS version?

- Is there a special mission / multiplayer server you use to get the exact problems?

- Can you describe or illustrate the problem a bit better?

- You are sure you used the "DCS: Black Shark 1.0.1a patch (English)" and not the "hotfix"?

We first need to know exactly where the problem is of course.

The developers dont have a magic "fix all bugs" button in the compiler ;)
