Initial Game Load Stuck at 44%

I was flying on contention yesterday for about 2 hours. I took a break and shut down my PC. When I went to start DCS up again, it got stuck at 44% before getting to the main menu and hasn't been able to pass 44% since then. I made sure to remove all mods and have done a, standard and full repair along with completely uninstalling and reinstalling DCS. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is redundant when you perform a full repair.

Try to temporarily renamed the DCS folder in your Saved Games, to like DCS.old. In case there is some corrupted files. A repair doesn't touch the Saved Games folders.
