AMRAAMs Seem to Be Underperforming Lately?

Is it just me, or do AIM-120s seem to be doing a lot less damage than usual lately?

I was flying a mission recently where both Blue and Red forces were AI-controlled. Blue had the numbers advantage, so I expected the Red side to get wiped out pretty quickly at medium range once the AMRAAMs started flying. But instead, the whole fight devolved into a massive dogfight.

When I checked Tacview afterward, I saw multiple AIM-120s hitting their targets — solid impacts — yet the enemy aircraft just kept flying as if nothing happened.

Has anyone else noticed this? Are AMRAAMs underperforming right now, or could this be an AI damage model issue?

Turns out the problem was me — I accidentally set the AI to Immortal. Guess that explains a lot.
