Dejan Posted yesterday at 12:41 AM Posted yesterday at 12:41 AM Thank you very much, I missed the detail that the IFF check is done by switching to RL mode and that then the radar does not show the lock if it is a friendly target, I was expecting the letter c . I always keep the switch in the forward position, so that the radar does not lock on a friendly target, and then in IRST mode with the radar STT lock since I do not see C I think it is an enemy. My big mistake, thanks again.
AeriaGloria Posted yesterday at 01:35 AM Author Posted yesterday at 01:35 AM Yeah I get why there is such a switch. But I would much prefer to lock a friendly then not be Able to lock one at all. Pretty I also mention in the video, In IRST coop the radar works in pursuit mode. Which means it won’t lock a head on aspect target over 1100 kmh until 10 km and won’t lock over 30-35 km range Black Shark Den Squadron Member: We are open to new recruits, click here to check us out or apply to join! https://blacksharkden.com
