Here is a ring clamp https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/ring-clamp-32-mm But this is where it gets tricky: I think the ring clamp needs to be thinner because of rubber collar on the joystick. And there needs to be through holes through the faces of the ring in the middle or strong mounting ears on the outside for the springs. Here is a version of the desk mounts.
