Any way to map a command for Jester to advance to next waypoint in the F4?

I cannot see anything in the controls/command list. 

This is a problem flying in line abreast/battle formation with a wingman, as one or both of you is often outside of the bounds for Jester to auto advance to next waypoint. Faffing with the Jester wheel at 100ft/420kts is no joke.
