ragemi Posted Thursday at 11:53 PM Posted Thursday at 11:53 PM Hello, I've flown a real L-39 (05/2025) and I find the simulation in DCS very different from the real aircraft. While it's very stable in real life, it's very unstable in DCS, especially with the rudder pedals. Perhaps I've configured the controls incorrectly (joystick Thrustmaster Warthog/ rudder T.Flight). Thank you for any help in getting the L-39 to behave as normally as possible.
Ornithopter Posted yesterday at 12:04 AM Posted yesterday at 12:04 AM (edited) You should be aware that there are extensions to the Warthog joystick that will increase the length of the control stick, and as a lever, they will increase the precision of your controls. In the meantime, you can add a 'curve' to your joystick in the 'tune axis' portion of the controls menu. The rest is beyond me to explain beyond an overly lengthy post, so I will ask if you already know about these methods? Edited yesterday at 12:06 AM by Ornithopter 1
