Add brake axis

Apparently, the real Su-25 has brake pedals, but there's not an axis to bind brakes to in the settings, just a button you hold down that only works about 2 seconds in. If we could get a brake axis, that'd be cool. Thanks.

Been requested many times, and I have high hopes they will see to it when the updated free version drops. It would be a shame otherwise!
