Panzertard Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 Cat, if you have more .crash files for that one it may be possible to see if it's the Wow64 system for the x64 version. Just for clarity, maybe you could throw in a DXDiag as well? :) # -------------- 20090830-050529 -------------- C:\Windows\syswow64\msvcrt.dll # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 74BF9CC0 01:00008CC0 # # EAX = 5A7B049C # EBX = 5A79F040 # ECX = 00003EA9 # EDX = 00000000 # ESI = 5A7A09F8 # EDI = 3F3F3000 # CS:EIP = 0023:74BF9CC0 # SS:ESP = 002B:0D92FE94 EBP = 0D92FE9C # DS = 002B ES = 002B FS = 0053 GS = 002B # Flags = 00010216 74BF9CC0 0D92FE9C 0001:00008CC0 C:\Windows\syswow64\msvcrt.dll memcpy()+250 74BF9CC0 0D92FE9C 0001:00008CC0 C:\Windows\syswow64\msvcrt.dll memcpy()+250 749AB6EE 0D92FECC 0001:0001A6EE C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll DirectSoundCreate8()+2739 74994B65 0D92FEF4 0001:00003B65 C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll 74994AAF 0D92FF28 0001:00003AAF C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll 749949D3 0D92FF54 0001:000039D3 C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll 749941E8 0D92FF74 0001:000031E8 C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll 74994F9B 0D92FF88 0001:00003F9B C:\Windows\system32\DSOUND.dll 74FE3F39 0D92FF94 0001:00003F39 C:\Windows\syswow64\kernel32.dll BaseThreadInitThunk()+12 77020409 0D92FFD4 0001:00040409 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll RtlInitializeExceptionChain()+63 770203DC 0D92FFEC 0001:000403DC C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll RtlInitializeExceptionChain()+36 The mind is like a parachute. CAT_101st Posted August 30, 2009 Author Posted August 30, 2009 I would have but my system would not start after that last crash unless I went back to the default settings. I have thoes settings saved and can reinsert the profile back to where it was and creat the file you need.
