Lock View and Padlock cycle - are they the same function?

"Lock View" and "Padlock cycle" - are they the same function? 

I have noticed under ACTIONS that there are the following:

The four major actions: 

Lock view (cycle padlock)

Unlock view (stop padlock)

Lock view(cycle Padlock)

Unlock view (stop padlock)

 

I also noticed that the padlock actions are not found under GENERAL control, but is in the controls for the Spitfire 9.
