IRIS-T not reloading

The Iris-T does reload sometimes, however it often gets stuck. It seems to be related to when the launcher is changed to alarm state red - even when returned to green or auto. Also the SAMs rate of fire seems to drop once down to it's last couple of missiles making it vulnerable to HARMs
