Going toward a full CTLD/CSAR for all cargo planes/helicopters??

My apologies if it was somehow already covered elsewhere but I am wondering, with the arrival of the Hercules, the CH47 and the older helicopters, can we assume that the CTLD implemented on the Hercules will be at some point available on the other helicopters? Can we assume a CSAR feature could also be in the making?
